Thomas L. Williams, President |

In 1986, Tom Williams took over as principal of the company and launched a
regional expansion strategy to respond to growth opportunities in emerging
markets. Williams assumed the position of President in 1991 and since then his
vision has taken the company from local owner/developer to a multi-regional
company with an annual development budget of over $100 million. Prior to 1986,
Williams was an associate with the law firm of Frost & Jacobs and received
a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a degree in law from
the University of Cincinnati.

Joe Williams has been involved with the company since 1970. He has overseen the
development and leasing of Northgate Mall and Kenwood Plaza as well as numerous
other shopping centers and apartment communities throughout the country.
Williams received a bachelor's degreee from Xavier University and is a licensed
Real Estate Sales Agent and Broker in Ohio.

Dale G. Hafele, Partner |

Dale Hafele has been involved in the development, administration and financing
of real estate activities for North American Properties since he joined the
company in 1985. In 1988, Hafele moved from the Cincinnati headquarters to open
the Florida office. Under his charge the office has developed or currently has
under development, approximately 3.8 million square feet of commercial space,
acquired and/or developed over 1,000 apartment units, and entitled and
permitted approximately 300 acres of multi-use projects. Prior to 1985, Hafele
worked for five years with Deloitte & Touche and earned a BS in Accounting
from Northern Kentucky University and a MBA from Xavier University.

Michael L. Pacillio, Partner |

Since 1972, Mike Pacillio has been involved in the development, construction,
property management and disposition of more than 18,000 apartments,
condominiums and townhomes nationwide, along with more than 1 million square
feet of office, retail and mixed use projects. Pacillio was a founding member
of the Dallas office in 1990. He brings a unique perspective to the company
having been personally involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate
development cycle. Over the years, Pacillio has created and furthered
relationships with institutional investors including CALPERS, CALSTRS,
Principal and Prudential as well as several public REITs. Pacillio, a graduate
of California State University at Fullerton, is a licensed Real Estate Broker
and General Contractor.

Mark Toro, Partner |

In 1996, Mark Toro established the Atlanta office of North American Properties
to respond to the rapid growth in the Southeast. Since opening the office, Toro
has led the development of more than 5 million square feet of retail space. An
industry veteran, Toro is very familiar with the region, having developed
almost 45 projects, totaling more than 13 million square feet. Armed with an
extensive background in engineering and construction, Toro brings a technical
capability, unique in a real estate principal, which enables North American to
tackle even the most challenging development programs. He is currently focused
on building North American’s development team by recruiting skilled
professionals with a track record for designing, constructing and leasing
quality retail projects. Prior to opening the Atlanta office, he served as the
Atlanta retail development partner for Faison & Associates. Before Faison,
Toro was vice president of development at Cousins/New Market Development
Company where he completed 16 retail projects totaling 4.7 million square feet.

Stephen Lam, Partner |

Stephen Lam joined Toro in 1996 to open the Atlanta office. As a
developer-turned-retailer-turned-developer, Lam brings a unique background in
both retail development and site selection to the North American Properties’
management team. His retail experience has played a pivotal role in North
American Properties’ emergence as one of the premier retail development firms
in the Southeast. North American's ability to identify premier retail
opportunities is directly related to Lam's experience as a retailer. Known for
having a "nose for a deal," he quickly, and efficiently, identifies sites that
work. Prior to joining North American Properties, Lam was real estate
development manager for Home Depot, USA where he was responsible for site
selection in the Southeast & Southwest regions. During his tenure there,
Lam self-developed 37 new Home Depot units. While at Home Depot and as vice
president of development for The Oxford Group and Melvin Simon & Associates
(currently known as The Simon Group), Lam completed more than 8.5 million
square feet of retail space. During his career, Lam has developed more than 14
million square feet representing every type of retail project from small
neighborhood centers to power centers.

Jimmy R. Adkins, Partner |

Jimmy Adkins has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate
industry. He is responsible for the site selection of new projects for North
American Properties' Ft. Myers office. Prior to joining North American
Properties in 1994, Adkins acted as an independent real estate broker and was
involved in the acquisition and development of shopping centers and
multi-family projects throughout the southeastern part of the United States.
This experience enabled Adkins to build strong relationships with numerous
anchor tenants. Adkins is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Shawn R. McIntyre, Partner |

Shawn McIntyre has been involved in the acquisition, analyzing, planning,
permitting and construction of Florida real estate projects since 1985.
McIntyre retains and coordinates all project consultants and contractors during
the development and construction phases for the Florida office. Prior to
joining North American Properties, McIntyre's projects included two 400-acre
residential golf course communities, a 150-acre commercial/industrial office
park and numerous multi-use developments in Southwest Florida.

Anthony W. Hobson, Vice President - Counsel |

Anthony Hobson joined North American Properties in 1988. With almost 20 years
of experience, he offers a broad scope of commercial law expertise, coupled
with a solid foundation in architectural engineering and real estate
management. Hobson's primary focus is the development and management of North
American's apartment properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to
joining North American, Hobson worked as an associate at the Cincinnati-based
law firm of Frost & Jacobs, where he specialized in commercial real estate
transactions including zoning and regulatory law, construction law and title
insurance.

Kevin Riley, Chief Financial Officer |

Kevin Riley brings a unique blend of professional services experience to North
American Properties' management team. As chief financial officer, he is
responsible for developing the company's immediate and long-term financial and
strategic objectives, and ensuring proper measurement of the results. He also
oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, and financial planning and
analysis. Prior to joining North American, Riley served in many senior
management positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
