for ground-up development when viable and acquiring assets and debt when opportunistic.
Our portfolio of acquired assets ranges from office buildings in Palm Beach to distressed
retail centers in Southern California, and everything in between. We currently seek
to bring our boots-on-the-ground market knowledge to bear in retail and multi-family
assets in first tier Sunbelt markets.
