The Watertower was thoughtfully designed to transform this abandoned five-acre
lot into an “urban core” for the City of Eden Prairie, a Twin Cities suburb.
The development team worked closely with city officials to provide the
appropriate balance of land uses to serve as a commercial service hub as well
as a recreational focus center for the bedroom community.
The blend of luxury apartment homes with office and restaurant space is
carefully designed to complement the surrounding neighborhoods and existing
commercial centers. The upscale architecture and tree-lined streets encourage
pedestrian traffic and enable residents to walk to shopping and entertainment
areas located nearby.
