Thomas L. Williams, President


In 1986, Tom Williams took over as principal of the company and launched a regional expansion strategy to respond to growth opportunities in emerging markets. Williams assumed the position of President in 1991 and since then his vision has taken the company from local owner/developer to a multi-regional company with an annual development budget of over $100 million. Prior to 1986, Williams was an associate with the law firm of Frost & Jacobs and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a degree in law from the University of Cincinnati.
W. Joseph Williams, Jr., Chairman


Joe Williams has been involved with the company since 1970. He has overseen the development and leasing of Northgate Mall and Kenwood Plaza as well as numerous other shopping centers and apartment communities throughout the country. Williams received a bachelor's degreee from Xavier University and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and Broker in Ohio.
Anthony W. Hobson, Partner, Vice President - Counsel


Anthony Hobson joined North American Properties in 1988. With almost 20 years of experience, he offers a broad scope of commercial law expertise, coupled with a solid foundation in architectural engineering and real estate management. Hobson's primary focus is the development and management of North American's apartment properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to joining North American, Hobson worked as an associate at the Cincinnati-based law firm of Frost & Jacobs, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions including zoning and regulatory law, construction law and title insurance.
Kevin Riley, Partner, Chief Financial Officer


Kevin Riley brings a unique blend of professional services experience to North American Properties' management team. As chief financial officer, he is responsible for developing the company's immediate and long-term financial and strategic objectives, and ensuring proper measurement of the results. He also oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining North American, Riley served in many senior management positions with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Greg Browne, Partner, Asset Management


With more than two decades of industry experience, Greg Browne joined North American Properties in 2002 to establish and oversee the company's asset management department. His keen understanding of all aspects of portfolio management and his vast real estate expertise are pivotal to ensuring the long-term performance of the company's investments, as well as the extended quality and integrity of all properties. An industry veteran, Browne is primarily responsible for the strategic management of the company's expansive portfolio that includes shopping and neighborhood centers, office buildings and multi-family communities. His proven industry know-how extends from leasing and asset repositioning to property management, marketing and portfolio administration. Prior to joining North American, Browne served as vice president, asset management services for Trammell Crow Faison for eight years where he was responsible for the asset management of over 20 properties totaling over seven million square feet. Prior to Trammell Crow Faison, he held numerous portfolio management positions at PM Realty Group throughout the country.
