Michael L. Pacillio, Partner


Since 1972, Mike Pacillio has been involved in the development, construction, property management and disposition of more than 18,000 apartments, condominiums and townhomes nationwide, along with more than 1 million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use projects. Pacillio was a founding member of the Dallas office in 1990. He brings a unique perspective to the company having been personally involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate development cycle. Over the years, Pacillio has created and furthered relationships with institutional investors including CALPERS, CALSTRS, Principal and Prudential as well as several public REITs. Pacillio, a graduate of California State University at Fullerton, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.
Greg Browne, Partner, Asset Management


With more than two decades of industry experience, Greg Browne joined North American Properties in 2002 to establish and oversee the company's asset management department. His keen understanding of all aspects of portfolio management and his vast real estate expertise are pivotal to ensuring the long-term performance of the company's investments, as well as the extended quality and integrity of all properties. An industry veteran, Browne is primarily responsible for the strategic management of the company's expansive portfolio that includes shopping and neighborhood centers, office buildings and multi-family communities. His proven industry know-how extends from leasing and asset repositioning to property management, marketing and portfolio administration. Prior to joining North American, Browne served as vice president, asset management services for Trammell Crow Faison for eight years where he was responsible for the asset management of over 20 properties totaling over seven million square feet. Prior to Trammell Crow Faison, he held numerous portfolio management positions at PM Realty Group throughout the country.
Kurt Heinbecker, Senior Vice President of Construction


Kurt Heinbecker joined the Dallas office in 1990. Beginning his career as a union carpenter in Chicago, Heinbecker has earned a reputation for his attention to detail, unique design and superior craftsmanship. With now almost three decades of experience, Heinbecker utilizes his sharpened knowledge of market conditions and site planning to deliver premier developments that exceed expectations. His extensive experience in office, retail and mixed-use developments, enables him to budget, contract and build various types of construction. Heinbecker is primarily responsible for the negotiation and administration of construction contracts, project specifications and manuals, materials selection and design review. He also oversees North American Properties’ Risk Management Program. Prior to joining the company, Heinbecker worked with Trammell Crow Residential Group.
Mark Morris, Vice President of Construction


With more than two decades of construction experience, Mark Morris joined the Dallas team in 1990. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the development and construction of more than 600,000 square feet office and retail space, along with 5,000 apartments and condominiums, for North American Properties. Morris brings a wealth of industry expertise in all aspects of pre- and post-construction for single- and multi-family, office, retail and industrial developments. His knowledge of site assessment, plan review, written specifications and contract negotiation and execution is invaluable. Prior to joining North American Properties, Morris worked with Jagger Builders, an Austin, Texas-based apartment developer. He received his bachelor’s degree from Austin College.
Anne L. Wardleworth, Director of Sales and Leasing


In 2003, Anne Wardleworth joined North American Properties to oversee the marketing and leasing efforts at our Minnesota multi-family residential communities. She was most recently responsible for the successful lease-up of two apartment communities and continues to assist with the management of various retail centers and condominium properties. She also assists in forecasting budgets, developing price points, creating sales strategies, and leading properties through stabilization and disposition. Wardleworth has played an integral role in developing strategies to maximize profit during fluctuating market conditions and is solely responsible for integral partnerships with community leaders, business personnel and corporate housing providers. Her keen understanding of current market conditions has helped position North American Properties as one of the top mixed-use developers in the nation. Wardleworth graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in human resources and an emphasis in Japanese.
