Dale G. Hafele, Partner |

Dale Hafele has been involved in the development, administration and financing
of real estate activities for North American Properties since he joined the
company in 1985. In 1988, Hafele moved from the Cincinnati headquarters to open
the Florida office. Under his charge the office has developed or currently has
under development, approximately 3.8 million square feet of commercial space,
acquired and/or developed over 1,000 apartment units, and entitled and
permitted approximately 300 acres of multi-use projects. Prior to 1985, Hafele
worked for five years with Deloitte & Touche and earned a BS in Accounting
from Northern Kentucky University and a MBA from Xavier University.

Jimmy R. Adkins, Partner |

|

Jimmy Adkins has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate
industry. He is responsible for the site selection of new projects for North
American Properties' Ft. Myers office. Prior to joining North American
Properties in 1994, Adkins acted as an independent real estate broker and was
involved in the acquisition and development of shopping centers and
multi-family projects throughout the southeastern part of the United States.
This experience enabled Adkins to build strong relationships with numerous
anchor tenants. Adkins is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Shawn R. McIntyre, Partner |

|

Shawn McIntyre has been involved in the acquisition, analyzing, planning,
permitting and construction of Florida real estate projects since 1985.
McIntyre oversees the Florida offices' entitlement and construction team as
well as retains and coordinates project consultants and contractors on key
projects. McIntyre brings unique and creative solutions to the ever-changing
entitlement environment facing the Florida real estate industry. Prior to
joining North American Properties in 1998, McIntyre's projects included two
400-acre residential golf course communities, a 150-acre commercial/industrial
office park and numerous multi-use developments in Southwest Florida. He served
in the US Navy and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for
Humanity of Lee County, FL.

Greg Browne, Partner, Asset Management |

|

With more than two decades of industry experience, Greg Browne joined North
American Properties in 2002 to establish and oversee the company's asset
management department. His keen understanding of all aspects of portfolio
management and his vast real estate expertise are pivotal to ensuring the
long-term performance of the company's investments, as well as the extended
quality and integrity of all properties. An industry veteran, Browne is
primarily responsible for the strategic management of the company's expansive
portfolio that includes shopping and neighborhood centers, office buildings and
multi-family communities. His proven industry know-how extends from leasing and
asset repositioning to property management, marketing and portfolio
administration. Prior to joining North American, Browne served as vice
president, asset management services for Trammell Crow Faison for eight years
where he was responsible for the asset management of over 20 properties
totaling over seven million square feet. Prior to Trammell Crow Faison, he held
numerous portfolio management positions at PM Realty Group throughout the
country.

Jake Sedmack, Vice President of Construction |

Jake Sedmack joined the Fort Myers office in 2000 from the Dallas office of
North American Properties where he had served as superintendent since 1996. His
responsibilities include pre-construction and construction management for the
final delivery of all retail centers developed by the Fort Myer’s office.
Sedmack’s extensive knowledge of construction ensures an efficient construction
process from start to finish. In addition, his effective negotiation skills and
proficient management techniques guarantee on-budget and on-time delivery of
premier tenant-driven developments. Sedmack’s experience includes multi-family
developments throughout Dallas’ Metroplex, while with the Dallas office, as
well as quality retail projects exceeding one million square feet throughout
Florida.

David T. Rattner, Vice President of
Development |

|

An industry veteran, David Rattner joined the Fort Myers office of North
American Properties in 2006. He brings over 15 years of Florida real estate
experience in all aspects of development, acquisitions, site selection and
financing to the team. Rattner is responsible for site acquisitions,
development and anchor lease negotiations. His local market knowledge combined
with his entrepreneurial spirit gets the deals done. Rattner joins North
American from the Community Center Development Division of CBL & Associates
Properties, where he was responsible for Florida retail development and
generated more than 2.6 million square feet of retail projects. Rattner is a
graduate of the University of Florida and has earned two master’s degrees — a
MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Real Estate from the
University of Florida.

Greg Race, Vice President of Development |

Greg Race joined the Fort Myers office of North American Properties in 2006 to
oversee the development of regional power centers and other retail
developments. Race brings extensive real estate acumen to the team with
experience in all aspects of the development cycle. As vice president of
development, he is responsible for pre-development analysis, site acquisition,
design and construction and tenant procurement. With over 150 build-to-suits
delivered throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico, Race understands the
Florida real estate landscape and repeatedly exceeds tenant expectations. Prior
to joining North American, Race served as Director of Development for The
Sembler Company where he was responsible for site development and construction
of 1.25 million square feet of commercial development. He boasts over two
decades of civil engineering experience for commercial, residential and resort
developments throughout the United States and abroad. Race is a graduate of
Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Philip J. Fischler, IV, Director of
Pre-Development |

|

An industry veteran, Phil Fischler joined North American Properties in 2007
bringing with him over a decade of civil engineering and executive management
expertise to the development team. As Director of Pre-Development, Fischler
facilitates the entitlement phase for developments undertaken by the Fort Myers
office. His responsibilities include assisting real estate managers in
assessing the viability of potential sites, conducting due diligence on new
sites, creating proformas and development schedules and assembling a team of
consultants to design and permit the project. As a result of his broad
experience in land development, design, and real estate throughout the United
States, Phil has developed a considerable technical background, a valued asset
in retail development. Prior to joining North American, Fischler served in
various executive capacities with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., including
directing one of the firm’s highest producing, multi-disciplined consulting
divisions in Vero Beach, Fla. Fischler is a licensed professional engineer in
Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado.

Susan M. Sprehn, Vice President of Finance |

For 25 years, Susan Sprehn has been involved in the accounting and financing of
real estate development in the southwest Florida region. Her industry expertise
encompasses overall development operations as well as the financing of real
estate from land purchase through vertical construction. She joined the Fort
Myers office of North American Properties in 1997 to oversee all aspects of
accounting, financial planning and tax planning. Sprehn is also responsible for
securing all construction loans and permanent financing for the office. Prior
to joining North American Properties, Sprehn served as vice president of
finance and operations for Riverwood Land Company, an affiliate of Mariner
Group. She also worked for 10 years at U.S. Home Corporation. Sprehn graduated
from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Ryan Joyce, Director of Leasing |

|

A Florida leasing expert, Ryan Joyce joined North American Properties in 2005.
As director of leasing, Joyce brings market knowledge and leasing know-how to
the Fort Myers team. He is responsible for the management of all leasing
efforts in new and existing Publix-anchored neighborhood centers and is
involved in all aspects of leasing for larger regional centers. Joyce’s
cross-sector leasing expertise and solid relationships with regional brokers
and retailers adds significant depth to the Fort Myers development team. Prior
to joining North American, Joyce served as retail specialist for Colliers
Arnold where he was responsible for the leasing maintenance of one million
square feet of retail space in southwest Florida. He earned a bachelor’s degree
in business management from the University of Florida.
