Since 1954, North American Properties and its affiliate offices have developed
over 17 million square feet of retail space, approximately 11,000 apartment
units and well over one million square feet of office space located in 12
states.
Established in 1999, the Minneapolis office has developed 8 projects totaling 1
million square feet of retail space with a number of other projects currently
under development. In addition, the office has quickly established a reputation
as one of the premier mixed-use developers in the upper Midwest with three
mixed-use communities completed including retail and office space and
