ATLANTA -- North American Properties announces the opening of four new tenants at Coleman Marketplace in Danville, Va.  Coleman MarketPlace is the region’s premier retail shopping center with over 460,000 square feet of restaurant and retail shop space.  Dollar Mart Plus, State Farm Insurance Agency, Shorty’s Bakery and Wood’s Menswear are scheduled to open for business in October. 

The anticipated openings of these four tenants come on the heels of the successful opening of Forever Young Family Hair Salon in August. Other retailers in the center include H&R Block, Luxury Nails, Lifeway Christian Stores, rue21, Sally Beauty Supply, Verizon Wireless Zone, San Marcos Mexican Restaurant, Sonic, Golden Corral and AT&T (opening Spring 2010). 

The anchor tenant line-up for Coleman MarketPlace include such household names as Target, Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Old Navy, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Petco.
