Florida Real Estate Journal Announces Winners
FORT MYERS, FL – The Vice President of Finance for the Fort Myers office of North American Properties is recognized by Florida Real Estate Journal as a Top Women 2008 honoree . Susan Sprehn is honored as one of the best and brightest female real estate executives in the state’s commercial real estate industry. Collectively, Top Women demonstrate excellence in and dedication to their portfolio of work.
For almost 30 years, Sprehn has been involved in the accounting and financing of real estate development in southwest Florida. She joined North American Properties in 1997 to oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning and tax planning for the Fort Myers office. Her responsibilities also include securing all construction loans and permanent financing for the office’s developments. Her industry expertise encompasses overall development operations as well as the financing of real estate from land purchase through vertical construction.
