NAP COMPLETES PRELIMINARY SITE WORK PLANS AT SOUTHWEST STATION

Eden Prairie, Minnesota - North American Properties has completed the preliminary
site work for retail and restaurant space at Southwest Station. This positions North American Properties to move forward with development plans later this year, immediately following the completion of the parking ramp, which is being built by the Southwest Metro Transit Commission. There is a projected completion date of September for the parking ramp with plans to close on the land purchase and begin construction thereafter. There has been much interest expressed by the retail and restaurant community in the plan and the space that will become available. Tenants negotiating to purchase outlots are Krispy Kreme and Ruby Tuesday’s. Caribou Coffee, Jamba Juice, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Noodles & Company are tentants currently negotiating leases for the remaining space.
