CRUSE MARKETPLACE CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING

10/18/2002

ATLANTA — Just in time for Thanksgiving Day, the doors will open for the Atlanta office’s first grocery-anchored neighborhood center, Cruse MarketPlace. Located in Forsyth County, the second-fastest growing county in the United States, the 80,000-square-foot shopping center will house Publix Super Markets, Inc., as well as other well-known national and regional retailers.

The neighborhood center will soon be home to Publix Super Markets, Inc., Curves for Women, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Premier Tennis, Mail Boxes, Etc., Great Clips, Subway, Ninja Steakhouse, Mama Leo’s Pizza, Wachovia Bank, Shell Oil Company, a drycleaner, a nail salon and a tanning salon. All stores are expected to be open by the first quarter of 2003.

Cruse MarketPlace is the first retail development to meet the shopping needs of the newly arrived, high-income Forsyth residents. Throughout the development process, North American worked closely with community leaders to ensure the delivery of quality retail. The neighborhood center not only meets residents’ shopping needs, but also is designed to complement their surrounding upscale neighborhoods.
