APARTMENT, RETAIL, & RESTAURANT PLAN FOR JUPITER & ARAPAHO

Richardson, Texas - North American Properties now has final approvals from the City of Richardson on the zoning of it's mixed-use development plan to be located on 25 acres at the southwest corner of Arapaho Road and Jupiter Road within the Telecom Corridor, to include 395 apartment homes and 34,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.

May 2002, NAP received final approvals by the City Plan Commission and City Council of the development submittal package, consisting of the architectural design, landscape plans and civil engineering plans for The Block. Demolition and site work is now underway. The construction loan is being negotiated with Wells Fargo Bank with an expectation to close the loan by the end of August.

First occupancy would be scheduled for the fall of 2003.
