The Construction Superintendent is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and bid packages, along with coordinating and managing all site construction activities, inspections, and the supervision of all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest level of quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. The ability to read and understand blueprints, identify and correct errors, along with a high level of experience and expertise is required. This is a fast-paced job and requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the construction process from beginning to end is necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements
The moderate physical effort required to sit, bend, stoop, lift, walk and climb. Requires ability to use a laptop and walk around a jobsite with uneven terrain. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. May require some travel by car/truck. Construction jobsite entails being exposed to moderate to extreme outdoor conditions, and above average noise levels. Protective equipment is required.
