Overview of Job Description

North American Parking is looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Colony Square to maintain the parking garage and systems.  

Duties and Responsibilities

In order to perform daily duties and responsibilities, the Maintenance Associate at Colony Square - North American Parking must:

  • Provide general maintenance to commercial parking facilities.
  • Maintain parking equipment and technologies
  • Maintain front entrance area, parking lot and/or garage, and street entrance in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the facility, grounds, including property signs and lighting
  • Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Removal of weeds, dirt, trash and random debris using industrial sweepers, vacuums, and high powered blowers
  • Treat stains with Degreaser
  • Sweep, Shovel Debris
  • Floor Rinse/Remove Debris
  • Power Washing

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, and reasonable understanding of building equipment and hand tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Carrying, lifting, pulling or pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently standing up and moving about the facility
  • Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility
  • Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing and crawling
