Retail Leasing Coordinator

Overview of Job Description

The position of Retail Leasing Coordinator for North American Properties Atlanta will report to the Vice President of Leasing.  The person serving in this role is an integral member of the leasing team, providing support to all members of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

In order to perform daily duties and responsibilities, the Retail Leasing Coordinator must:

• Manage cloud-based technology platforms used both internally and externally to streamline reporting and critical dates. Examples include VTS, Salesforce, Domo
• All aspects of the tenant rep broker commission program – preparing the commission agreement, getting it fully-executed, packaging tenant rep commission agreement pay requests for payment, and tracking completion of all aspects.
• Maintaining / updating leasing covenants list(s)
• Assisting with obtaining tenant security deposits / tracking
• Assisting with preparing tenant allowance pay requests packages / tracking payments
• Assist with obtaining landlord & tenant signatures on documents via DocuSign
• Assisting leasing managers with preparing proposals/LOIs
• Coordination of travel for the leasing team
• Coding and submitting expense reports for the team
• Assisting with review/coding and submitting of invoices
• Coordination of all ICSC events and materials
• Planning and execution of broker events
• Assist with maintaining various legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, title commitments, exception documents, surveys and closing binders.
• Miscellaneous general office support duties as needed
• Other duties as needed by the leasing team

Qualifications and Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Sitting up to 8 hours a day
