Vice President of Marketing, NAP Atlanta
As Vice President of Marketing, Cayley Mullen is an expert in creating experiences that positively impact guests served across North American Properties’ Atlanta portfolio. Cayley leads a team who has perfected the art of ExperienceMaking®, ideating and executing initiatives that inspire community, drive value and generate lasting connections.
Cayley joined NAP in 2014 as Assistant Manager of Guest Experience at Avalon. After holding various positions at the property level, she transitioned into a leadership role in 2019 to lead high-level marketing efforts at three of NAP’s investments. She was named Vice President of Marketing in 2021 and now oversees the Atlanta office’s overall marketing strategy, acting as a vital liaison between leadership and her onsite marketing teams.
In her role, she manages the planning, development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies at each property. This includes all efforts regarding branding, communications, leasing support, digital strategies, events, community partnerships and public relations. During her tenure with NAP, Cayley has helped execute more than 1,000 community-driven events, which have raised more than $1.5 million for nonprofit organizations. She has also helped the company win nearly 100 industry-related awards and has grown the marketing team to become the largest in NAP Atlanta’s history.
Cayley is an Atlanta native and graduate of Auburn University. She launched her career in 2011 with Nordstrom. She is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Marketing Director through the organization. She is also a current member of the ICSC NextGen Leadership Network and sits on the NAPCares philanthropic committee.
