Retail Leasing Coordinator, NAP Atlanta
Charles Randolph joined North American Properties (NAP) in October 2021 as Concierge Manager at Colony Square and in September 2022 joined the Leasing team as the Retail Leasing Coordinator. Charles has worked in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years, after earning an Associate of Applied Science with a concentration in Hotel and Lodging Management from Johnson County Community College in Kansas.
While studying at Johnson County Community College, Charles was hand-selected by one of his professors for a position at The Westin/Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center, where he initially launched his hospitality career. In 2016, Charles was relocated to Houston, where he served as Guest Services Manager at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria, followed by Front Office Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Houston Intercontinental Airport. Most recently, Charles held the position of Assistant General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta – Buckhead.
Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Charles worked for Ole Henriksen of Denmark Skincare as Southwest Business Development Manager and Project Manager of Implementations. In this role, Charles was responsible for sales in the largest territory in the company, which accounted for $1.9 million in annual volume. He also formerly served as a Senior Office Professional at Pittsburg State University – KC Metro Center, as well as a Project Manager for TRX Fulfillment Service, LLC.
Charles recently became a member of the National Concierge Association’s Atlanta chapter, and in 2022, plans to seek his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. He is also on NAP’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Outside the office, Charles enjoys playing tennis and attending concerts. He is committed to living life to the fullest and making a positive impact on everyone around him.
