Craig Kopko is passionate about reading the market and making decisions on the best opportunities for North American Properties. As Vice President, Craig is responsible for overseeing the North American Properties Southeast retail portfolio as well as actively searching for new development opportunities.
Craig had the unique experience of entering the commercial real estate industry at a time when the nation was in an economic boom and has seen firsthand the effects and the challenges during the most recent recession. Craig’s experience puts him in a position to take full advantage of the momentum as the real estate market continues its recovery.
For almost fifteen years, Craig has been involved with the commercial real estate industry. His professional experience includes projects that range from unanchored retail centers, grocery anchored centers, mixed use, student housing and regional power centers.
The Cole Cooper Leasing Broker-Of-the-Year award was awarded to Craig for his tenacity and exemplary networking skills. He is also a Certified Leasing Specialist through the International Council of Shopping Centers and a 2014 Costar Power Broker. Currently, Craig serves on the Program Committee for the West Florida Idea Exchange where he contributes ideas and networks within his community and region.
