Director of Ancillary Revenue, NAP Atlanta
Emily Narchus joined North American Properties in 2021 to create and manage a new Ancillary Revenue program. She focuses on driving revenue generation through sponsorships, experiential activations, out-of-home media, pop-up retail, and other creative executions throughout the NAP portfolio. Her team leverages creative thinking and outreach to local, regional, and national brands whose vision aligns with NAP’s to create dynamic experiences for communities and clients.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Emily graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. After leaving snowy Buffalo in 2008 to move to sunny Florida, Emily landed her first role in the retail real estate industry as a Property Coordinator with General Growth Properties. From there, she joined Simon Property Group as Director of Marketing & Business Development. She then relocated to Atlanta to rejoin General Growth Properties in 2012 in a Regional Strategic Partnerships role. Emily has 15 years of experience in an industry she has become very dedicated to.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two rescue pups. She is an avid gardener and an undiscovered master chef. She also enjoys travel and experiencing new restaurants and wineries.
