Executive Assistant to the President and COO, NAP Executive Staff
Mallori Fryman is the Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer. She increases their effectiveness through calendar management, travel coordination, information flow, and eliminating administrative distractions. In addition, she oversees Treasury Management Administration for the company, responsible for opening and closing bank accounts, maintaining user permissions and proper controls, and leveraging banking relationships.
Mallori also leads NAP’s partnership with DePaul Cristo Rey (DPCR) High School’s Corporate Work-Study Program. DPCR’s Work-Study program allows students to gain valuable work experience in exchange for the school’s corporate partners contributing to the student’s tuition. Mallori provides NAP’s students with valuable work experience and a strong mentorship program. She has created a partnership between NAP, DPCR and students that extends well beyond high school.
Additionally, as a founding member of NAP’s Fun Committee, she plans social events and team-building activities to foster business relationships and add fun to the workplace. She is also a member of the NAPCares Committee that gives back to organizations selected by NAP associates.
Mallori holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree with a minor in Business Management from Wright State University. Before joining NAP in 2015, Mallori worked as the Chief Student Administrative Assistant in the Office of the President at Wright State University.
Mallori lives in Cincinnati with her husband Adam and their two dogs.
