As Development Operations Manager, Mandy Eichenseer is responsible for managing all aspects of the multifamily development process from start to finish, ensuring projects deliver on time and on budget. During her nine-year tenure at NAP, she has assisted with the development of eight multifamily communities in Georgia and Tennessee, including Anthem on Ashley, BOHO4W, Edge, Emblem, Haven at Avalon, ParkCentral, The Hill and Veranda at Avalon. Currently, Mandy is overseeing residential projects at Avenue East Cobb, Birkdale Village, Riverton and The Forum on Peachtree Parkway.

Prior to joining NAP, Mandy worked at Trammell Crow Residential, one of the largest multifamily real estate developers in the U.S., for seven years. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Mandy brings extensive operations expertise to NAP, helping make each project just as successful as the last.

Mandy was born and raised in New York and has lived in Atlanta for 19 years. In addition to work, Mandy enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her family and friends.
