Margaret Craig serves as the Account Manager for the Ancillary Revenue department, managing media, sponsorship and specialty leasing accounts. She believes in creating value and memorable experiences for the communities the company serves while driving growth and increasing revenue. Margaret is dedicated to leaving a lasting impression through client-focused sales experiences and being involved with properties that are best in class.

Managing accounts for properties in Georgia, Kentucky and North Carolina for North American Properties, Margaret has built a strong foundation with a focus on experiential excellence, customer experience and sales results. With a conscientious attitude, Margaret successfully collaborates with her team through her supportive work style and reliable work ethic. She manages budgets, facilitates lease administration and oversees client relations.

Prior to joining NAP, Margaret worked at Brookfield Properties for more than 15 years and was responsible for property management and coordination, and implementation of all common area activities for the specialty leasing and strategic partnerships departments.

Margaret graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She joined the Atlanta office of North American Properties in 2021. Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering with her child’s school, spending time with her husband and daughter, and traveling.
