Nick Lombardo is passionate about creating spaces that encourage community, engage retailers and provide energy at the street level. He’s worked on NAP’s development team since 2016, and has had great opportunities to design and deliver experiential retail and mixed-used assets including Avalon’s Boulevard East, the reimagination of Colony Square, Birkdale Village and more.

As Development Manager, Nick is responsible for designing and executing on NAP’s ground-up and redevelopment projects. He leads teams of consultants to deliver thoughtful and engaging design, on time and on budget.

Nick holds a Physics and Engineering Degree from Washington and Lee University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and was recently honored with ICSC’s “Leaders under 40” award recognizing his leadership and creative abilities in the mixed-use industry. Having worked as a general contractor, Nick’s construction background provides a foundation for his technical ability to design and execute on spaces today. Nick resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Maddy.
