Ryan Sweeny joined NAP in 2022 after graduating in December. As a Staff Operations Accountant, Ryan supports the operating company portfolio with accounting services and financial analysis.

Ryan engaged in 7 Co-op experiences during his collegiate career across a broad range of industries including financial services, consumer goods, banking, and commercial real estate (public and private sector). Within these industries, Ryan had diverse roles in corporate tax, cost estimating, consulting, financial reporting, accounting, corporate real estate, real estate development and capital markets finance. He is passionate about the commercial real estate industry and the fast-paced, impactful nature of it.

Ryan holds two Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati as well as two undergraduate focuses in Business Spanish and Business Law & Ethics. Ryan is originally from Toledo, Ohio but has found his new home in Cincinnati and is passionate about everything the Queen City offers. He is ecstatic to be part of a firm that positively impacts the community. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, growing his plants, and walking his dog, Christopher.
