Vice President of People Operations, NAP Atlanta
Tiffany Hein believes that the “people” part matters. As Vice President of People Operations for the Atlanta office, she ensures that each step in an ExperienceMaker’s journey brings the associate into the fold of the company’s core values and culture. Tiffany facilitates the onboarding process for all of NAPA’s new hires and is the connector for all that employees may need in their lifecycle at NAPA, from their first day to their last and beyond.
Since joining NAP in 2015, Tiffany has served the company in multiple ways, from an Executive Assistant to now overseeing human resources services, employee engagement and ESG committees. In 2020, she received NAPA’s Empowerment Values Award, an accolade that is awarded based on peer nominations. While most of her tasks draw her to the serious side of operations, she also enjoys being the fantasy football league commissioner – bringing a bit of fun into her people work.
Tiffany graduated from The Women’s College at Brenau University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She is a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and volunteers as an International Officer for the Southern Region. Tiffany is a lifelong Georgia resident and enjoys Pilates, trying new restaurants, traveling with her husband, Chris, and spoiling her wrinkly Shar Pei, Mr. Squish.
