Trey Odom is passionate about connecting the tangible process of developing a better world with the financial strategy of NAP’s partners and developments. As part of the Capital Markets team, Trey completes the underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, executes on equity and debt transactions, and manages projects’ capital needs. Prior to joining NAP, Trey was an investment analyst with PGIM’s commercial real estate debt originations division for three years.

Trey was born and raised in northwest metro Atlanta, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. In addition to his role, Trey enjoys new places, good food, being outdoors, playing sports, watching baseball, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and spending quality time with family and friends.
