Ensure NAP is operating at the highest level and equip employees with the right tools to be successful in developing a better world.

Vicky Boyce is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate industry and has worn multiple hats throughout her 20-year career. Vicky returned to North American Properties in 2019 as Partner and Chief Operating Officer in the Atlanta office. Her addition to the NAP leadership team marks Vicky’s second tenure with the company, following a seven-year role as Vice President of Finance from 2001 to 2008.

As COO-Atlanta, Vicky manages and oversees the financial performance of NAP’s $5 billion mixed-use development pipeline, which includes Avalon, Colony Square, High Street, Revel and Riverton. She is responsible for budget and financial oversight from the project level to the enterprise level. Her role focuses on maintaining capital partner and investment relations; overseeing risk management and asset management; and ensuring NAP and its employees are well-equipped with the right resources and tools to be successful. Vicky also works closely with the leadership team to manage talent allocation and accountability on each project.

Prior to returning to NAP, Vicky served as executive vice president at Arris Realty Partners (formerly Ben Carter Properties) where she was responsible for financial management, including accounting, analysis and forecasting. During her tenure with Arris, Vicky was deeply involved in the development process from due diligence, entitlement and planning, to construction, lease-ups and stabilization. Over the course of her career, she has overseen the financing and development of more than five million square feet of retail properties and directed the sales and acquisitions of over 10 million square feet of retail space.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, Boyce began her real estate career with New Market Development. She also previously worked with S.J. Collins Enterprises and Weingarten Realty Investors.
