Ward Singer
Vice President of Design, NAP Space Coast

Ward Singer is an expert in building technology, with a deep understanding of building codes and various construction types. He has more than 25 years of experience designing and building a wide range of projects (in Ohio, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin), including, industrial, assisted-living, multi-family and life-style centers.
As the Vice President of Design for North American Properties, Ward oversees the building processes from beginning to end, streamlining design and construction. He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to shorten building times and keep costs down by finding and developing the kind of innovative solutions that have made NAP a leader in the field of development and construction.
Building, innovating and problem-solving are not only Ward’s work, they are his passion. Whether on the job with NAP or building houses for Habitat for Humanity, his philosophy is one of collaboration and continual improvement. Nicknamed “the Wizard,” Ward is commonly tasked with puzzling out the most complex design and construction issues. He believes there is always a viable solution and loves nothing more than the next challenge.
He holds a degree in Architecture from the world-renowned Knowlton School of Architecture at Ohio State University.
