Whitney Joseph ensures North American Properties associates are receiving effective and efficient IT support and ensuring problems are resolved in a timely, customer focused manner so team members can work seamlessly to build community. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Whitney is equipped to ensure that NAP’s technology is consistantly functioning and associates can remain nimble and efficient.
As TecFac’s vice president of managed services, Whitney is committed to ensuring her team is delivering on its stated promises and proactively supporting NAP’s technology. Prior to joining TecFac, Whitney worked as a program and deputy program manager supporting and managing the delivery of services such as call center and desktop support. She also served as the call center subject matter expert overseeing the Service Desk for Headquarters Department of Army and Arlington National Cemetery.
Whitney and her husband live in Maryland with their two daughters. In her free time, Whitney volunteers as president of Frederick Gymnastics Boosters Association where her daughters train on the competitive gymnastics team. Whitney also enjoys working part-time as a Bootcamp fitness instructor for SOLDIERFIT.
