Nick Lombardo is passionate about creating spaces that encourage community, engage retailers and provide energy at the street level. He’s worked on NAP\u2019s development team since 2016, and has had great opportunities to design and deliver experiential retail and mixed-used assets including Avalon\u2019s Boulevard East, the reimagination of Colony Square, Birkdale Village and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As Development Manager, Nick is responsible for designing and executing on NAP’s ground-up and redevelopment projects. He leads teams of consultants to deliver thoughtful and engaging design, on time and on budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nick holds a Physics and Engineering Degree from Washington and Lee University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and was recently honored with ICSC\u2019s \u201cLeaders under 40\u201d award recognizing his leadership and creative abilities in the mixed-use industry. Having worked as a general contractor, Nick\u2019s construction background provides a foundation for his technical ability to design and execute on spaces today.
