Michael serves as Director of Property Operations, working closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for implementing NAP\u2019s hands-on, hospitality-driven approach toward management across the Atlanta office\u2019s portfolio, ensuring each asset runs like a five-star resort. He originally joined the company in 2019 as Assistant General Manager at Avalon and transitioned to General Manager of Avenue East Cobb following its acquisition. With two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Michael is an expert at creating best-in-class guest environments.
Prior to his tenure at NAP, Michael spent 20 years with the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts in positions ranging from Assistant Housekeeping Manager to Director of Housekeeping to Front Office Manager. While at the Four Seasons, Michael worked in the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S., and was named Manager of the Year at the Atlanta location in 2017.
A native of Egypt, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
