Callaghan Luby works with leadership to evaluate and seek out investment opportunities, while also focusing on developing internal processes and tools that allow NAP to remain nimble as it continues to grow. He is active in assessing projects and companies in all phases of their lifecycle.

Prior to joining NAP, he worked for Accenture as a Strategy & Consulting Manager focused on assisting energy and utility clients. His work for Accenture covered renewables generation strategy, energy trading and risk management, target operating model design, technology roadmaps and complex project management. He was regarded as a market expert with deep industry understanding and experience. Before joining Accenture in 2018, he held various roles with Deutsche Bank and TrailStone Group across energy trading and risk management.

Callaghan is passionate about financial markets, real estate and the economy. Outside of his work at NAP, Callaghan loves traveling and spending time outdoors with his partner, Kristin, and their dog. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
