As Financial Controller, Christy Dougherty ensures that the Accounting team’s direction aligns with NAP’s strategy and promotes forward thinking. She focuses on overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets and reforecasts, and establishing a dynamic framework to provide necessary reporting to key stakeholders.

Prior to joining North American Properties, Christy worked in audit for Ernst and Young. She graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and visiting her family’s lake house.
