Craig Vonderhaar joined North American Properties in 2025. In his role, he consults on tax strategies for transactions and helps coordinate the tax compliance process for the company’s entities and their members. Having served business and family offices throughout the entirety of his career, he is passionate about helping all NAP stakeholders achieve their goals through efficient tax strategies and proactive planning.

Prior to joining NAP, Craig gained 10 years of tax industry experience with a regional CPA firm and more recently spent 4 years at a national CPA firm. During these tenures he specialized in partnership and individual income taxation, including tax compliance and consulting for family offices, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.           

Craig is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University before completing his Master of Accounting degree at the University of Cincinnati.
