Jake Mumper joined North American Properties in 2024 as an Analyst in the Family Office. Jake supports the development and maintenance of internal processes at NAP and analyzes investment opportunities and asset performance across a variety of projects and asset classes.

Jake graduated in May 2024 from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting. Jake had several internships during his collegiate career across industries including consumer goods, financial services, and commercial real estate (private sector). In these roles, Jake cultivated experience in asset management, capital markets finance, acquisitions, financial analysis, and portfolio management.

In his free time, he enjoys being outside, lifting weights, sitting down with a good book, and spending time with friends and family.
