Joan Thompson’s purpose is to ensure the NAP Cincinnati team remains nimble and efficient, through useful and relevant financial data and its execution. As Controller, she focuses on coordination of internal and external financial reporting, payroll compliance, and working with partners from the Development and Operations team as they build a better world and forge new connections.

Joan graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and with her family.
