Josh Rinear joined NAP in 2021 as a member of the Operations team. As Senior Operations Accountant, Josh performs accounting services and financial analysis for the operating company portfolio. He strives to identify and develop improvement opportunities within existing processes to aid NAP leaders in effective decision making.

Before joining NAP, Josh spent four years in Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers supporting clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail and manufacturing. He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing an occasional round of golf.
