Josh Rinear serves as Controller of the Family Office, where he leads accounting, financial reporting, and operational initiatives that support the organization’s long-term objectives. Since joining NAP in 2021, he has held progressively expanding leadership roles, contributing to the development of financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies across the organization.

Prior to joining NAP, Josh spent four years in Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing audit and advisory services to clients in the financial services, retail, and manufacturing sectors. He holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, following local sports teams, and playing golf.
