Kat Butler believes when you focus on thoughtful integrative development, you can transform the world around you. The cornerstone of that focus is fostering strategic partnerships and collaborating with the community to ensure we are successful.

As Senior Vice President of the Space Coast office, Kat is responsible for facilitating the strategic plan and acquisitions of future developments within one of Florida’s fastest-growing areas. NAP Florida is an incredibly opportunistic office that is active in multiple sectors of development with both multi-family and industrial sites underway. Utilizing her expertise in forward-thinking negotiations, and ability to identify and address complicated situations, Kat has helped build NAP Florida’s expansive pipeline.

Prior to working with NAP, Kat worked as a commercial real estate broker in both Florida and Tennessee. During her tenure as a broker, Kat became known as an expert in investment and development site selection, evaluation, acquisition, and disposition.

Kat is from Nashville Tennessee and holds a real estate Brokerage license in both Florida and Tennessee and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. She graduated with a degree in Finance from Christian Brothers University where she played basketball. She enjoys spending time with her family, surfing, traveling, and volunteering to help preserve our beaches and oceans.
