Kim Jostworth is Chief Operating Officer of North American Properties, where she leads the firm’s operational platform and works closely with ownership and business leaders to drive strategic execution across North American’s real estate, investment, and portfolio company businesses.

Since joining North American in 2018, Kim has helped strengthen the organization’s financial and operational infrastructure through periods of significant growth and diversification.

Prior to North American, Kim spent more than a decade in the energy and commodities markets, holding leadership roles with Royal Bank of Canada and TrailStone Group. She began her career at Lehman Brothers in New York.

Kim is active in the Cincinnati community, serving on the Finance Committee of Guardian Angels Parish and School, the Audit Committee of CincyTech, and the Board of Trustees of the Art Academy of Cincinnati.

She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Miami University.
