As Chief Operating Officer of North American, Kim Jostworth drives operational excellence across the organization and its portfolio companies. She plays a critical role in building the infrastructure, discipline, and strategic alignment necessary to support growth, enhance performance, and deliver long-term value.

Kim began her career as an electricity trader in New York at Lehman Brothers. She worked at Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto, becoming Co-Head of North American Power and overseeing a commodities portfolio of ~$150M, before joining Trailstone Group in Austin, Texas.

Kim is a Miami University of Ohio alum, with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Finance degrees.
