Maggie Hobbs

Maggie Hobbs is a Cincinnati native with extensive experience in multifamily asset management and property operations. She has worked across a diverse range of asset types, including student housing, stabilized and value add communities, renovated properties, and new construction lease up developments. She began her career in 2009 as a Leasing Consultant and quickly assumed the roles of Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, and eventually Director of Asset Management.

Maggie joined NAP in 2016 as Property Manager of East 8 Lofts, Sycamore Place and Seven at Broadway. While managing the stabilized communities, she simultaneously oversaw the successful lease up and stabilization of both Encore Urban Living and The Blonde.

Today, Maggie serves as Director of Asset Management, where she fully owns the asset management strategy and performance of North American Properties’ entire multifamily portfolio. She partners closely with operations, development, partners, and investors to drive strategic execution, optimize asset performance, and create long term value.

Maggie graduated from the University of Kentucky where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also holds two designations with the National Apartment Association, as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). In 2019, Maggie was named one of The National Apartment Association’s “Top 20 in their Twenties.”  She is also a graduate of Cincy Lead Class 7 and We Lead Class 20 through the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not working, Maggie enjoys staying busy—spending quality time with family and friends, getting out and about, and volunteering.
