Maggie Hobbs is a Cincinnati native with experience in the apartment industry serving in various markets and roles in property operations. She has experience in student housing, multifamily, stabilized, value-add, renovated communities, and new construction lease-up developments. Her career began as a Leasing Consultant and she quickly assumed the roles of Assistant Manager, Property Manager and eventually, Portfolio Manager.

Maggie joined NAP in 2016 as Property Manager of East 8 Lofts, Sycamore Place and Seven at Broadway. While managing the stabilized communities, she simultaneously oversaw the successful lease up and stabilization of both Encore Urban Living and The Blonde.

Today, Maggie focuses on the success of all NAP’s multifamily properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. She utilizes experience from previous roles in property management to successfully lead and develop strong onsite teams, who deliver the highest level of professionalism and resident satisfaction.

Maggie graduated from the University of Kentucky where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also holds two designations with the National Apartment Association, as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). In 2019, Maggie was named one of The National Apartment Association’s “Top 20 in their Twenties.”

Outside of work, you will usually find Maggie outdoors spending time with her husband and two young children. She also loves exercising, the Cincinnati Bengals, and taking trips with family and friends.
