PURPOSE
Creating walkable communities for future generations

Mike Pacillio creates healthy, thriving communities for future generations. Through his work at North American Properties, Mike has taken forgotten land and underutilized buildings and turned them into something great for the community. Mike’s purpose is creating meaningful relationships built on trust and respect for the people around him. Since establishing the Dallas office of NAP in 1989, Mike has cultivated strong bonds with communities, associates, lenders, investors and business partners.

Mike participates in all the aspects of the real estate development process. He has experience as a licensed real estate broker and a general contractor and has been involved in the development, construction, property management and deposition of over 18,000 apartments, condominiums and townhomes nationwide, along with more than 1 million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use projects. Even after years in the industry, Mike still wakes up excited to pursue new opportunities, provide creative solutions and lead his team to more successful projects.

Mike not only invests in his team at NAP, but he also makes a difference in his community through his membership in the exclusive Urban Land Institute North Texas Multifamily Council. The Urban Land Institute works to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Mike is also involved in the C5 Youth Foundation of Texas which works to inspire high potential youths from risk-filled environments to take on leadership roles in college, work and their communities. He also supports On The Road Lending, a nonprofit lender that helps low to moderate income people obtain reliable transportation so they can obtain a better job and a better life.
