As Project Administrator, Rachel coordinates with multiple departments to gather information, develop forecasts and provide metrics for financial analysis. She joined North American Properties in 2021 and is proud to be a member of the Space Coast team. Rachel is passionate about her work and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a project move successfully toward completion.

Previously, Rachel worked for the City of Palm Bay, a local municipality, as a Services Coordinator and at Aristocrat Technologies, a gaming electronics manufacturer, as a Financial Analyst. Rachel graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Economics and has a broad knowledge of accounting and financial practices.

Away from work, Rachel is a devoted reader, coordinating a library fundraising program that offered donated books for sale through an online retailer. She also enjoys spending time with family, gardening, learning about technology and traveling to unique Florida destinations.
