Shannon Falo joined North American Properties as a Leasing Consultant before transitioning to Project Manager. In that role, she took on the challenge of migrating the multifamily properties’ resident management, leasing and accounting software to one platform.

In her current role as Systems Administrator, she continues to lead projects that target operational pain points, driving to establish better business practices and support the growth of both NAP Apartments and North American Properties. She greatly enjoys building relationships and serving others well. She believes residents who choose to call NAP Apartments home have entrusted her and her colleagues with a great responsibility. She strives to honor this trust by spending time on-site supporting training initiatives and sharing her knowledge, so everyone can be empowered to reach their full potential.

Shannon came to NAP with a diverse background in media and communication. She began her career working in the film and television industry, both behind and in front of the camera, with a memorable position in broadcasting at the Olympic Games in London, England. While living in Barcelona, Spain, she wrote marketing content for an international media company, using her language skills to translate between markets. Outside of the office, you can find Shannon spending time with her friends and family, and the cutest dog in the world, Ella. She and her husband share a love of traveling, spending time outdoors, and trying new experiences.
