As Portfolio Support Manager, Shannon Falo ensures the Asset Management and Operations teams have the right systems, resources, and workflows to support the business strategy. She leads portfolio-wide initiatives that eliminate friction, increase performance visibility, and drive consistency—empowering teams to focus on top priorities and make decisions quickly.

Shannon began her career at North American Properties as a Leasing Consultant before transitioning to Systems Administrator for the multifamily portfolio. These roles gave her the firsthand experience in daily operations, project management, and technology that she leverages in her position today.

Shannon brings a diverse background and international experience to North American Properties, having worked in film, television, and content creation in the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States. A Cincinnati native, she obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Media Communication, Theatre and Cinema Performance, and French at Asbury University, finishing her language studies at the Université de Caen in Normandy, France. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys creative pastimes, spending time outdoors, and traveling with her husband.
