Sue Sprehn’s passion is making sure the right tools and information to make positive operational decisions are available and waiting when needed, so teams can take action immediately. As Chief Financial Officer, she anticipates future cash flow needs and ensures needs are met with funding on deck, so project work can proceed without delay.

Sue has been involved with securing the construction and permanent financing on Southeast office projects since 1998. Additionally, she has been involved in contract negotiations and the successful sale of outparcels for the many completed projects of the Southeast office. When it comes to the sale of a completed project, her attention to detail and organizational foresight is critical in the due diligence process and pathway to a successful closing. Sue also enjoys being a resident historian of sorts, having worked with NAP from 1997 to 2009 and from 2019 to present.

While she has called Florida home for 40 years, her roots are in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Cleveland State University. Outside of the office she enjoys going to the beach, walking, working out, and spending as much time as possible with her husband and four adult daughters and their families.
