Todd Razor has been a member of the North American Properties family since 1998, spending time in both our Maintenance Department and on our Leasing Team before taking on his first management assignment, the East 8 Lofts, in 2000. He was Property Manager during construction of both the Sycamore Place at St. Xavier Park and Seven at Broadway projects in the 15 years that followed. In 2016, Todd returned to Northern Kentucky to manage Gettysburg Square Apartments. He has passionately promoted aggressive rent growth, long-term maintenance strategies, and professional development of associates inside our organization. His coaching-tree includes several of our current and former Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Business Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors.
