This $2.5 billion, 6.5 million-square-foot mixed-use master-planned community reclaims a 400+ acre waterfront site left damaged by decades of industrial activity. Since 2017, NAP’s
New Jersey team has been actively engaged in readying the site for its future as a carefully curated retail-driven destination infused with highly programmed gathering spaces and Resort-level hospitality. The first phase of vertical construction is scheduled to commence in 2022 and includes the largest single-level Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in the US, at 207,000 square feet. Riverton’s location benefits from incredible regional access with three highways—Garden State Parkway, SR 35, and US 9— converging on the site through the recently completed interchange at Exit 125 on the Garden State Parkway.
