Chris Shannon has been a part of the North American Properties family since 1986. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Chris began building single family homes with NAP. Over a 15-year period, he built many homes with the company in the Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout area in Cincinnati.

In 1998, Chris transitioned to the Multifamily team, focusing on building apartments from the ground up. He has served as Construction Consultant for numerous multifamily projects in the Greater Cincinnati area, totaling approximately 2,000 apartments.
