Jake Campoli joined North American Properties in 2024 and enjoys the challenges and rewards of Commercial Real Estate. As a member of the Capital Markets team, Jake completes the underwriting and valuation of development opportunities, and executes capital transactions. Prior to joining NAP, Jake was a portfolio management associate at Trimont, where he gained valuable insights into investment strategies and risk management.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from North Carolina State University. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jake finds joy in watching sports, enjoys spending time with family, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
