Kaitlyn Ferrara joined North American Properties in 2023 as part of the Executive Accounting Team. Kaitlyn will focus on the accounting needs for NAP’s Parking entities and provide collaboration with our office Accounting teams to create impactful solutions.

Before joining NAP, Kaitlyn worked in various industries & roles including corporate accounting, inventory, and insurance. She also had three accounting internships prior to graduating in 2022. Kaitlyn graduated from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business with her degree in finance and a minor in accounting.

Outside the office Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, supporting the Bengals, shopping, and spending time out in the sun with her goldendoodle Charlie.
