Matt Bower is the Vice President of Asset Management for North American Properties, Atlanta. In this role, he is responsible for property-level asset management and financial reporting to investors and lenders. Matt is also involved in the acquisition, capitalization and disposition of assets across the portfolio. He played a key role in the sale of Atlantic Station and Avalon along with the acquisition of Colony Square. Previously, Matt was an Acquisitions Analyst and Senior Property Accountant at Atlantic Station.

Prior to joining North American Properties in 2012, Matt worked at Morgan Stanley within their real estate fund controller group. Previously, he was an auditor at Deloitte specializing in the real estate industry.

Matt graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy. Matt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and traveling.
